QKL chocolate coating ice cream machine is used to coat chocolate on ice cream.
QKL chocolate coating machine for ice cream is used for
coating torch-shaped ice creams with a layer of chocolate. It consists of a thermal insulated chocolate tank and an electrically driven mixer, equipped with liquid chocolate level control, clamping device and temperature control device.
Place a whole pan of fast frozen hardened torch-shaped ice creams onto the clamping device, lock it by turningthe clamping handle, then turn over the clamping device and thus all the ice creams will be coated evenly with a layer of chocolate as shown in the schematic diagram.
